North Star is exactly what I was hoping for in a local gym. The programming is tailored to support each client’s experience, which is so important for those of us who want an exercise program that will avoid injury. Jason is super approachable and his style is a great balance of motivational and challenging. The classes are small, the times are flexible and the regulars are inclusive. I joined North Star at the beginning of the Summer and have done both personal training & small group classes. I finally like going to the gym!  Jason, the owner, is incredibly supportive and paid close attention to my goals when we first met.  He has consistently encouraged me to meet those goals and then exceed them, all while making it fun and approachable! After having my second baby this winter I was feeling really rundown and weak.  I was new to strength training and it has been a great experience. I already feel stronger and have more energy! The classes are tailored to the level you’re at and are not intimidating which for me is huge. Exceptional gym for all.  Jay the owner is personally involved and a fantastic trainer.  Facility is awesome, clean and looks great.  Check this place out, really fun and great workout and people.
